General:
Menopause is the time in a womenﾒs life that marks the cessation of ovulation. It usually starts around the ages of 45 to 55, but many women may go into menopause at an earlier age. It is characterised by a gradual or sudden drop in sex hormone levels, most notably oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone. In addition to stopping ovulation, the ovaries stop producing oestrogen and progesterone. The period just prior to menopause is termed peri-menopause and is characterised by a fluctuation and gradual decline in both oestrogen and progesterone levels. This fluctuation may present itself in the form of shortened or lengthened menstrual periods, vasomotor effects (temperature imbalances) and mood swings. Hormone testing is a valuable tool in determining whether or not a woman has entered menopause. Many women experience symptoms of the menopause, which are related to a drop-off in hormone levels.  A poor diet, high stress levels and a lack of exercise can make symptoms worse. The post-menopause period is reached when the hormonal upheavals begin to settle. Symptoms are less intense and less frequent, and energy levels and emotions stabilise. Pregnancy and Breast Feeding: This product is NOT suitable to be taken during these times.

Dosage:
Adults Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. This dose may be increased to 4 capsules 3 times daily initially.
Maintain on a dose of 1 to  2 capsules 3 times daily.
