Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1 level teaspoonful daily
Children 12 months to 5 years: Take ﾼ teaspoon twice daily
Infants under 12 months: Take ﾼ teaspoon daily. Mix with water or juice or sprinkle onto cereal or formula.
