General:
Lethargy, tiredness, disorientation and broken sleep after arrival are well-known symptoms of long distance flying. They are caused by the disruption of circadian (body clock) rythyms, commonly known as Jet-lag.

The body's clock may take several days to resynchronise (adapt) to the new time zone of the travellers destination.
The longer the flight and the more difference in time zones, the longer it takes to recover.

No-Jet-Lag has been developed to alleviate body stress and fatigue due to disruptions to the body's clock rythym on long-distance flights. It does not counter the effects of alcohol consumption or lack of sleep. No-Jet-Lag contains homeopathic ingredients which help the body adjust to problems associated with long-distance flying. Upon arrival, the passenger should not need the usual "time-out" period to recover.

Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years chew one tablet on take-off, one every two hours, and one after landing. However, intervals of up to four hours between tablets are acceptable if sleeping.
