HELP: Ordering

Ordering is as easy as 1, 2, 3 and 4

To place an order you will be asked to register with us. (you do not need to register to simply browse) This is a simple process which creates your account (so you can check the status of your orders later and re-order again quickly) by entering your name, address, e-mail, etc.

  1. First choose your Currency. Then click on the "YOUR ACCOUNT" tab at the top of the page to create your own account. You can then order items and return to check the status of your order.
  2. When you find what you want to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" button. This places the item in your Shopping Cart.
  3. When you have added your last item to your shopping cart, click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" link at the bottom of the shopping cart.
  4. Your shopping cart should now appear in front of you. Check the items and quantities are correct, select your payment method and hit the "PURCHASE" button. Enter your credit card details on our secure server.

What about currency?

This web site is truly multi-currency. You can view prices and place orders in your local currency. No conversions, no confusion.  We debit your credit card for exactly the price shown on our web page (USD "US Dollars", AUD, JPY, GBP, CND, HKD, SGD, SWF, EURO, SFR or NZD). This way you know exactly what you will pay.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. If you are not ordering in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)then you must pay using Mastercard, Visa or PayPal. If ordering with an AMEX card you can only order in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).  Customers in New Zealand can also order online and pay by cheque or internet/telephone banking or direct bank credit. What will I see on my bank statement?

When you place an order through our website, when the charge appears on your bank statement you will see PEXL.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is debited only when your order is filled. If part of your order is placed on back order, you are charged only for the items we ship. The items on back order will be shipped when available and your card debited for the outstanding items.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order or part of it anytime prior to us shipping it, however most orders are dispatched within 12 hours of being received by us. To cancel your order you must telephone or fax us and confirm the cancellation with an operator. Items on back order can be cancelled at any time prior to their dispatch.

Can I return items?

Yes. If you are unsatisfied because an item was damaged in transit, you should notify us and notify the delivery company that delivered the item. If we shipped an incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement We will need to know some information printed or stamped on the incorrect products, eg, their Batch # or Expiry Date.
